Screen Printing Services

Screen Printing

Silk Screen Printing involves creating a stencil which we call a "screen".

This method involves the transfer of ink through a mesh screen onto your garment. We can print your design up to 13” wide by 19” long and on other placements such as sleeves and pockets. Our minimum for screen printing is 20 pieces.

Screen printing is the best printing option to use on T-shirts, especially dark T-shirts. This printing technique involves the application of layers of ink on T-shirts. It is suitable for T-shirts that require high vibrancy levels since thick layers of ink are usually applied. Before you start looking for screen printing services, you need to know more about screen printing on T-shirts.

How Do I Wash a Screen-Printed T-Shirt?

Follow these steps when washing a screen-printed T-shirt.

  • Separate your T-shirt from other clothes such as jeans. Also, ensure that you separate dark T-shirts from light T-shirts.
  • Turn your T-shirt inside out to ensure that the printed ink does not rub against other fabrics when put in a washing machine. Turning your T-shirt inside out will also help you ensure that the T-shirt retains its quality.
  • Put the T-shirt in a washing machine or a basin containing water. You should ensure that you use cold water when washing this T-shirt and a mild detergent.
  • After you are done washing your T-shirt, dry it outside. However, ensure that you do not dry it under direct sunlight.

What Kind of Screen-Printing Ink Do You Use?

How Do You Make Sure Designs Print Accurately on Dark Garments?

Do You Offer Water-Based Inks?

We offer water-based inks when requested by customers. This ink is just as good as plastisol ink. The difference is that water-based ink seeps into T-shirts rather than sitting on top of them the way plastisol ink does.
